 I was a first-time home buyer who was losing my previous rental I had been in for years. After seeing how much renting another similar apartment would cost me and being horrified, I decided to explore buying a place. n nRobyn introduced me to a great lender, who  got me pre-qualified for a home loan and within a week of me contacting Robyn, she had found me a great house in my target area and price range and, thanks to her guidance, I was ready to put in an offer.  n nRobyn negotiated with the seller's agent for me, and we put in an offer in an competitive situation - I'm told there were nine other offers! And my offer was accepted! The best part is my offer apparently wasn't even the highest number, but Robyn did some special real estate magic to make the terms of my offer more attractive to the buyers and I won out. n nAfter inspection revealed a few issues with the house, Robyn negotiated a five thousand dollar credit back to me from the buyers to make some needed repairs. The entire buying process went very smoothly, escrow closed and now I'm moved in and enjoying my new home and I love it! n nI would definitely recommend Robyn Mitchell as a realtor. She is knowledgeable, pleasant, responsive, and easy to communicate with. She really listened to me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for and put me in a position to actually get it!
